Westminster at Lake Ridge also offers hospice support services designed to enable patients and families to achieve the highest possible quality of life and make the most of each and every day.

Long-Term Nursing Care

For residents who require medical or cognitive support or assistance with activities of daily living beyond what assisted living provides, Westminster at Lake Ridge offers long-term skilled nursing services.

Our compassionate and highly trained staff provides 24-hour per day nursing care, delivered with respect and compassion to help each member achieve the highest possible quality of life. Westminster at Lake Ridge residents who need a higher level of skilled care can easily transition to our Skilled Nursing Center and still feel part of the community. We also welcome guests from the greater community into our center for short- or long-term stays.

 

Short-Term
Rehabilitation Services

Westminster at Lake Ridge offers short-term rehabilitation services to get you back to your maximum level of functioning after surgery or hospitalization. Our highly skilled and compassionate practitioners provide outpatient therapy within steps of your home, allowing you to remain engaged with everyday life in the community.

We also accept direct admissions from nonresidents. If you or a loved one are planning an elective surgery or are about to be discharged from a local hospital, inform your social worker or discharge planner of your preference for Westminster at Lake Ridge’s rehabilitation services.
