KENYA BRYANT
Executive Director
Kenya possesses a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration. She is a recent graduate of the Virginia, Maryland, and DC LeadingAge Leadership Academy, a certified trainer for Dementia Friendly Virginia and Action Pact, Inc. Resident Centered Care, and is currently in the process of completing an administrator in training program to obtain her nursing home administrator license. Kenya began her career in technology, later discovering her love of direct service, she worked for KIDPOWER of Colorado, Girls Scouts of Colorado, and Girls Scouts Nation’s Capital. Kenya has spent the last 10 years working at Hermitage in Northern Virginia, a Life Plan community located in Alexandria, VA. She began her work at Hermitage as the social services manager and was promoted to the associate executive director, and most recently serving as the interim executive director. Kenya is the mother of three, one daughter who is in college, a son who recently graduated from high school, and another son who is in high school. She is a resident of Alexandria, VA.
KEVILIN PRAH, MPA, HSM, CRT
Independent Living Administrator
Kevilin possesses a Master of Public Administration from the University of Baltimore, a Bachelor of Science Health System Management from the University of Baltimore, and an Associate of Science Allied Health, from the University of the District of Columbia.
Kevilin comes to us from Asbury Methodist where she is the business development outreach coordinator. She began her career as a respiratory therapist and has had a progressive career leading multidisciplinary teams, devising solutions and initiatives to maximize resident satisfaction, and business development.
She is a resident of Montgomery County. Kevilin enjoys travelling and experiencing different cuisines. She also enjoys spending quality time with family and close friends.
AJ OLADAPO, LNHA, RD/LDN, MSHCA, MBA
Community Director of Health Care Services
AJ possesses a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College, a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Maryland University College, and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from University of Maryland. She has a strong background in skilled nursing, having served for more than 10 years as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and 5 years as a Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist.
AJ began her career as a registered dietician in acute care and then moved into the skilled nursing setting. She later completed an administrator in training program and moved into a nursing home administrator, and then senior administrator role.
AJ is the mother of two lovely children, an 8yr old boy and a 4yr old girl. Her family loves spending time together and taking family vacations. She is a resident of Montgomery County.
ABDO KARMOUCH
Director of Plant Operations
Abdo Karmouch started his career at our sister community, Westminster at Lake Ridge, in 2000, beginning with the dining team, working through the different departments and overseeing the plant operations department. Along with his 16 years of experience in working with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical and renovations, he is also a certified professional maintenance manager. Born and raised in Lebanon, Karmouch has one son serving in the United States Navy, as well as two young daughters. When he is not at Ingleside at King Farm, he enjoys travelling with his children and spending time outdoors with them. He also has a passion for cars and collecting watches.
RANDEISHA SEWARD
Executive Assistant
Randeisha is an Administrative Professional from Richmond, VA, who relocated to Northern Virginia in 2020. She is the eldest of 8 children, a mother of 2 adult sons and a new grandmother. Randeisha enjoys traveling, event planning & design, and attending festivals & events in her spare time. She loves to host social gatherings amongst her family & friends. Randeisha started her Administrative Career in 2000 as a Receptionist & Marketing Assistant. From Retail, she moved on to Hospitality where she gained excellence in the Service Industry. Randeisha gained a host of skills and expertise once she began her career in healthcare in 2014. Her skillset included Assistant Living, Acute Care, Inpatient & Ambulatory Settings. She has excelled in both staffing & leadership roles. Randeisha is excited to embark on this journey in Continuing Care here at Ingleside King Farm.
SOPHY BRAUNS
Director of Sales
Sophy graduated from Salisbury University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications. She also studied overseas at the University of Nicosia in Cyprus. Before Sophy joined the marketing team at Ingleside at King Farm, she worked in sales at Life Plan Communities for seven years, and continues to enjoy working with seniors to help them make important life decisions. Outside of her professional career, she enjoys live music and attending music festivals through the summer months. Sophy also enjoys running and hiking. She has run in quite a few different races, including a full marathon and many half marathons.
ANDREA HOPKINS
Director of Human Resources
Andrea Hopkins grew up in Rockville, Maryland. She received her degree in political science from the University of North Carolina–Greensboro. She previously worked in sales as an account executive for a local Herman Miller furniture dealership before finding her love of human resources and choosing to make it her second career. She earned her SHRM-CP certification in 2016.
While at Ingleside at King Farm, she has moved from HR assistant to HR generalist and currently holds the position of human resources manager, where she oversees the human resources functions for the staff at Ingleside at King Farm.
Hopkins enjoys spending time with her husband, twin daughters and dog and traveling to other countries.

TEDDY DEMESSIE
General Manager
Teddy found his “calling” in senior living at an early age and obtained his first job at just 14 years old with Erickson Senior Living. He thought he had found a good summer job, but his passion grew and Teddy continued to work for Erickson Senior Living for over ten years. In this role, he oversaw a large dining operation and managed 100+ team members. Teddy desired to grow his experience in the hospitality industry and accepted an opportunity with Potbelly Corporation, a national fast casual restaurant chain. He began as a General Manager, but quickly moved into a District Manager position where he oversaw many locations located throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia for seven years. Teddy decided that he wanted to return to his roots of senior living and began a role with Brightview Senior Living as the Director of Dining Services. In his four years with Brightview, Teddy built an exceptional dining program and developed deep relationships within the community. He then returned to Erickson Senior Living’s Ashby Ponds community. Teddy led as the General Manager of Continuing Care and Independent Living. In this role, he managed a team of 160+ team members. In addition to his extensive hospitality leadership experience, Teddy is a graduate of American University located in Washington, DC, where he completed his bachelor’s degree in International Studies with a focus on International Development.
CHRISTINE BAIR
Director of Dining Services
Christine Bair graduated from Northern Virginia Community College with a degree in dietetic technology and then University of Maryland Global Campus, with a degree in business administration. For 13 years, she worked as a kitchen manager and dietetic technician at the John L. Gildner Regional Institute for Children and Adolescents in Rockville before making a change to senior living.
Bair has worked as a director at HCR ManorCare in Chevy Chase and Golden Living Center in Westminster, Maryland. She started her career at Ingleside at King Farm as a clinical nutrition manager, was promoted to assistant director of dining and currently holds the position of director of dining services.
She loves the interaction with the residents and staff at Ingleside at King Farm, and she enjoys the everyday challenges of her job.

ROSLYN SELLMAN
Chaplain
Roslyn Sellman joins the team of Ingleside King Farms as one whose personality is deeply rooted in Pastoral Care and Chaplaincy. She has served as a Hospice Chaplain for Gilchrist and Greater Baltimore Medical Center. Roslyn’s gift of empathy propelled her to partner with Saint Ambrose Housing, turning her home into a place of refuge for people who were experiencing trauma. She earned a Master of Divinity, Suma Cum Laud. She is the recipient of the countless awards, including the Perseverance Award at Christian Theological Seminary, a B. A. in Biblical Studies, and a Graduate Degree in Life Coaching from Grand Canyon University, and is currently earning her Doctor of Ministry from Lancaster Theological Seminary. Reverend Sellman has earned the recommendations for Board Certificated Chaplain and Pastoral Counselor from The College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy Board, Rockville Chapter. She also earned her Grief Recovery Certification from the Grief Recovery Institute. She has also served on the Board of Directors for Court Appointed Special Advocates and Prayer Intercessor for the Washington National Cathedral. She enjoys dining out with family, and friends, antique shopping, and travel.
MAUREEN CHARLTON BSW, CVW, CADDCT
Director of Memory Support Services and Programming
Maureen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Baylor University. She has worked with people with dementia and their families for about 30 years in various capacities, including care settings, professional training, and working for the Alzheimer’s Association. Most recently, Maureen opened a new memory support neighborhood at a Sunrise Assisted Living in Virginia and served that community for over 3 and a half years. As a Certified Validation Group Practitioner and a Certified Dementia Practitioner/Trainer, she loves training and coaching the team to provide quality care to those with dementia. Spending time with Ingleside at King Farm residents is the highlight of her day! Maureen lives in Virginia with her husband and they have 3 daughters. One is an Air Force Office, another is an elementary teacher and the 3rd is still in college. In her spare time, you are likely to find Maureen at one of Virginia’s many wineries.

ALEX BELTRAN
Sales Counselor
Alex comes to Ingleside at King Farm from Harford County, Maryland. He received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in Management of Aging Services. He began his career with Ingleside by previously working with Ingleside at Rock Creek as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator and is excited to step into his new role at Ingleside at King Farm.
DEBBIE LOUBE, CASP
Sales Counselor
Debbie Loube is a native Washingtonian. She grew up in Montgomery County, graduated from Winston Churchill High School and got her degree in political science from George Washington University. After 20 years in the dry-cleaning industry, she and her husband sold their businesses, and Loube found a new career. She started at Ingleside at King Farm in 2009 as the lead concierge and then was promoted to volunteer coordinator, concierge manager, and manager of community engagement. She recently joined the sales and marketing team as sales counselor, and is excited to work with future residents of the community.
KRISTEN ROWE
Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Kristen was born and raised in Silver Spring, MD. She graduated from Goucher College with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, and has a Master of Library Science from the University of Maryland. Before joining the Ingleside family, she worked in sales for a board game company and in events for an independent bookstore. Kristen loves taking weekend road trips, reading, trying new recipes, going to concerts, discovering new area restaurants, and tabletop gaming with friends.
