Rockville, Maryland (November 25, 2025) – Ingleside, a premier not-for-profit life plan and senior care organization in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, is proud to announce that all three of its communities earned a prestigious “High Performing” rating in the U.S. News & World Report’s 2025 Best Nursing Homes evaluation. Ingleside at Rock Creek in Washington, DC, Ingleside at King Farm in Rockville, Maryland, and Westminster at Lake Ridge in Lake Ridge, Virginia, earned this distinction in both Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care categories, placing them among the top performers nationwide.
“This honor from U.S. News & World Report reflects our unwavering commitment to providing outstanding care and service for those who call our communities home,” said Christine Podles, Ingleside Chief Operating Officer. “It speaks to the hard work of our team members and the consistently high standards upheld across all our communities.”
The U.S. News badges, considered one of the most trusted marks of excellence in American healthcare, are awarded independently, by unbiased evaluators. Ingleside’s recognition is especially significant as only 19% of skilled nursing facilities nationwide earned a “High Performing” distinction. This honor highlights Ingleside’s exceptional quality of care – both short and long term – demonstrating the organization’s commitment to delivering excellence at every level for all residents.
U.S. News determines its Best Nursing Homes ratings through an extensive review of each facility’s performances through multiple quality indicators sourced from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and other publicly available data. Ingleside at Rock Creek, Ingleside at King Farm, and Westminster at Lake Ridge communities will begin displaying the U.S. News & World Report “Best Nursing Homes” badges, joining an elite group of healthcare providers recognized for their excellence in care delivery.
