With over 20 years of experience in the field of dietetics, Shannon Helfert’s career path has positioned her for her current role as Director of Nutrition and Wellness for CCL Hospitality Group. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Texas Tech University and completed her internship and master’s degree at Texas Woman’s University in the Dallas, TX area. Shannon is board certified in Gerontological Nutrition and has spent the past 15 years dedicated to improving the health and well-being of seniors in long-term care settings. She is excited to support Ingleside and promote wellbeing in the senior living space.
