Rockville, MD and Annapolis, MD — Ingleside, a premier not-for-profit provider of comprehensive older adult services in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, and BayWoods of Annapolis, a leading life plan community, also known as a continuing care retirement community, in Annapolis, MD on the shore of the Chesapeake Bay, announced today that Ingleside’s management entity, Westminster Ingleside Group, LLC (WING), has entered into a Management Services Agreement (MSA) with BayWoods.
Under the agreement, WING will provide management services support to BayWoods, effective July 1, 2026.
The management partnership reflects a shared commitment between the two organizations to operational excellence, resident experience, and long-term organizational sustainability within the life plan community (LPC) sector.
“BayWoods felt this was the right moment to explore how we, as a smaller LPC, could build on our strong performance by partnering with a larger organization that shares our commitment to excellence,” said Frank McGovern, President and Chief Operating Officer at BayWoods of Annapolis. “Ingleside stood out as a strong cultural fit, with investments in systems, technology, and support for residents and employees that aligned closely with BayWoods’ values and vision for the future.” Eli Dabich, Board Chair for BayWoods, added, “BayWoods is looking forward to utilizing the skills and expertise of Ingleside to further enhance our experience of living on the Chesapeake Bay.”
Implementation will be phased in, starting July 2026, over a period of approximately one year. Ingleside will work with BayWoods to provide organizational support including finance, accounting, operations, sales, marketing, information technology, and human resources. This collaboration is designed to enable BayWood’s leadership team to focus on residents, employees, business performance, and compliance.
“This partnership reflects our commitment to extending Ingleside’s management expertise to like-minded organizations,” said Sally Cox, Chair of Ingleside’s Board. “They, like Ingleside, are a community of wonderful and engaging residents who are enjoying life to the fullest each day. We believe that our management philosophy of excellence will result in a consistently high level of services for the BayWoods community.” Lynn O’Connor, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ingleside, added, “We are honored that BayWoods selected Ingleside as its management partner and look forward to supporting the mission and community that residents value.”
