With tips on brain-healthy habits, social engagement, and leveraging technology, this session offers a comprehensive guide to aging confidently and successfully.

SHELIA KIRKBRIDE

Shelia Kirkbride, CDP, CHC, Chief Operating Officer, holds a Master of Psychology and Rehabilitation Counseling. Shelia leads the expansion of the Paladin Life Care Team to serve more clients with unmatched comprehensive, customized care. Formerly Vice President of Emotional Health & Wellness with Paladin Life Care, she has more than 20 years working with Dual Diagnosis clients and Wellness Coaching.  Shelia’s in-depth knowledge of mental health and therapeutic experience are an asset to clients and to Nurse Care Managers and Client Care Managers as the Health & Emotional Wellness Division continues to expand.  Under Shelia’s guidance, the Paladin Life Care Team provides clients with personalized care that takes multiple facets of personal and physiological functioning, psychology, and overall performance into account. Shelia has been with Paladin Life Care since 2013 and is a Certified Health Coach, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and a Member of the Aging Life Care Association.

JULIE ROSE

Julie Rose, M.Ed., CDP, CHC, CAPS, Chief Executive Officer, has been a member of the Paladin Life Care Team for more than six years. She brings a wealth of expertise to her position, ensuring that clients receive the exceptional care and prompt attention they deserve. Prior to joining Paladin Life Care she utilized her Master of Education degree and taught for ten years. She mentored new teachers and created programs for gifted and talented students including those in underserved populations. For more than ten years she was the co-owner of Lokelani Designs Jewelry where she cultivated a complete international designer jewelry collection, created company systems and controls, recruited, and trained team members. She is a Certified Health Coach, Certified Dementia Specialist, Certified Aging in Place Specialist, and is a proud member of the Aging Life Care Association.
