ROCKVILLE, Md. – Ingleside President and CEO Lynn O’Connor, MSA, LNHA, CASP, CMDCP, has been selected as one of Maryland’s 2026 Most Admired CEOs by The Daily Record. The award honors talented business executives, higher education leaders, and nonprofit executive directors throughout Maryland whose leadership and vision are admired by those around them.
This marks the second time O’Connor has received the Most Admired CEOs honor, having previously been recognized by The Daily Record in 2022. O’Connor was recognized in the Nonprofit With More Than $10 Million In Annual Revenue category. She is among this year’s honorees selected for professional accomplishments, community service, and letters of reference submitted by co-workers, board members, and community leaders showing their leadership and vision.
“Lynn’s recognition as one of Maryland’s Most Admired CEOs for a second time is a meaningful reflection of the confidence and respect she has earned across Ingleside and throughout the broader senior living field,” said Sally Cox, Chair of Ingleside’s Board. “Her mission-centered and forward-looking leadership has built a strong foundation for Ingleside for years to come. She demonstrates a clear commitment to the people we serve, the teams who make our mission possible, and the communities we are proud to be a part of.”
“I am honored to be recognized again by The Daily Record among so many respected leaders across Maryland,” said O’Connor. “This award reflects the dedication, compassion and excellence of Ingleside’s team members, whose work every day strengthens our communities and advances our mission to serve older adults with purpose and integrity.”
“This year’s Most Admired CEOs are distinguished leaders in Maryland and beyond. Their leadership drives innovation, strengthens our economy, and elevates the quality of our lives each day. The Daily Record is pleased to honor these outstanding businesses and leaders,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, managing director of BridgeTower Media/The Daily Record.
This year’s Empowering Women and Most Admired CEOs honorees will be celebrated on Nov. 16 at the Hilton BWI, 1739 West Nursery Road in Linthicum Heights. Winners will also be profiled in a special magazine inserted into the Nov. 16 issue of The Daily Record and available online.
