Rockville, MD – Ingleside at King Farm, a progressive, not-for-profit life plan community in the Washington, D.C. metro area, is pleased to announce that it has been honored as one of Newsweek’s inaugural “America’s Best Continuing Care Communities” for 2024.
The prestigious list was compiled through national online surveys, which measured continuing care communities’ quality in areas like safety measures, staffing, and community services. It also considered whether communities were accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). These surveys were conducted by Newsweek’s survey partner, Statista.
“We’re so pleased to be honored by Newsweek, which marks another national recognition for our community,” said Kenya Bryant, executive director of Ingleside at King Farm. “Our staff and residents are what makes Ingleside at King Farm a special place, and we share this honor with all of them.”
This is the second recent national recognition for Ingleside at King Farm. Earlier this month, the community received the “Best Nursing Homes” designation by U.S. News & World Report for 2023-24.
