Rockville, MD – Ingleside at King Farm, a progressive, not-for-profit life plan community in the Washington, D.C. metro region, is proud to announce that it has been recognized for the third consecutive year as one of Newsweek’s America’s Best Continuing Care Retirement Communities for 2026.
In partnership with global research firm Statista, Newsweek surveyed residents, families, and senior living professionals nationwide to identify the 300 top-performing continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) in the United States. Rankings evaluated key quality indicators such as safety measures, staffing levels, health care services, amenities, and overall resident satisfaction. Accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) was also factored into the scoring.

Earlier this month, Ingleside at King Farm earned the “Best Nursing Homes” designation from U.S. News & World Report for 2026, highlighting excellence in skilled nursing and rehabilitation care.
