ROCKVILLE, Md. – Ingleside, a premier, charitable not-for-profit provider of comprehensive older adult opportunities in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, announces a consecutive year of being certified as a Great Place to Work.
The certification process considered more than 660 employee surveys from across the organization’s life plan communities and affiliates. The Great Place to Work Institute is an independent research and consulting firm, whose survey assessed more than 60 elements of Ingleside employees’ experience on the job. Ingleside scored highly on igniting employee’s pride in their work, creating a welcoming work environment and overall being a great place to work.
