You’re invited to join Ingleside at Rock Creek for an exclusive Lunch & Learn with Reverend Dr. Roslyn Sellman as she shares how we can each support care partners through validation of grief.

This unique event is part of Ingleside’s week-long series of special programs in support of the Alzheimer’s Association and the effort to raise awareness for those living with a form of dementia and their care partners.

Roslyn L. Selman

Reverend Dr. Roslyn L. Selman, BCC-CP, earned her doctorate from Lancaster Theological Seminary, where she pioneered the clinical term “Recessive Grief,” which encompasses the deliberate disintegration of supportive structures. As a Board- Certified Chaplain and Pastoral Counselor with the College of Supervision and Psychotherapy, she specializes in grief recovery. Currently, she serves as the Director of Spiritual Care at Ingleside King Farm Continuum community, accrediting Ingleside communities as Clinical Pastoral Education Learning Institutions. Additionally, she is an ordained elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church.
