We sincerely thank everyone for their support and understanding as we remain steadfast in supporting the well-being of the entire Ingleside family. For the health and safety of our beloved residents, clients, staff and the greater community, we are continuing to adhere to guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and local health departments.

We are continuing to provide ongoing updates and communicate regularly with our independent living, assisted living and health center residents, families and staff during these ever-changing times. We also welcome our residents and families to call our community hotlines, listed on this page, with questions.

We are very pleased to have been able to offer the COVID-19 vaccine at all of our communities, and a large percentage of our residents and staff have been vaccinated. Our communities have re-opened, visitation is occurring, and we are returning to normal life. We are so grateful to our amazing and dedicated staff for providing exceptional care to all our residents and clients during this time — and all the time.

Coronavirus hotline and email for Ingleside residents and families

Each community has a telephone and email hotline to answer any questions residents and families may have regarding the procedures and policies in place addressing COVID-19. The hotline is manned by community staff, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a message, and we will respond within 24 hours. For weekend coverage, both calls and emails will be responded to within 24 hours.
